Apply for a Degree Program

Prospective students may be admitted to UC Clermont College to pursue a degree provided they have graduated from an accredited high school or have successfully completed the requirements for a GED High School Equivalency Certificate or a Home School Program.

Application Process
From the time you first think about college to your first day of class, you’ll go through several phases of activity.  The first step in being admitted to a degree program is to apply for admission.  This section of our site is designed to help you complete this process.

Online Application Preferred
We prefer you apply online which will require a credit card to pay the $40 application fee.  If you require a paper application or want to pay the $40 application fee by check or money order, you may access a printable version
and send it to the address on the application.

Let’s Get Started!

1) Select the academic degree program that you plan to pursue.  Undecided?  We suggest you select Liberal Arts as your degree program so you can continue the online application process, and then schedule an appointment with an enrollment advisor by calling (513) 732-5319.
NOTE:
The alphabetical program list includes high school names.  These programs are for special select groups.  Do not select one of the high school names for your program.

2) You will need to create an account to begin the online application.  You must remember your username and password for steps that occur later in the admission process.

3) After you’ve completed the online application, have your official transcripts sent to us.  Contact your high school, home school superintendent and any other colleges that you have attended and request that they send your official transcripts directly to us at UC Clermont College Admissions, 4200 Clermont College Drive, Batavia, OH  45103.  ACT/SAT scores are not required for admission to UC Clermont College.

GED recipients are required to submit a copy of their GED scores and can send them to us at UC Clermont College Admissions, 4200 Clermont College Drive, Batavia, OH  45103.

4) You are now ready to begin the online application process…https://apply.uc.edu/OnlineApply/
