Place materials on reserve:
Complete a reserve form, available at the Library circulation desk or online, (http://www.ucclermont.edu/library/frmcrrsv.html). Please provide as much notice as possible before the items are needed by the students; it takes one business day to process requests. Questions regarding reserves may be directed to Nancy Hunter at 732-5233 or by email  nancy.hunter@uc.edu.

Accessing journals/periodicals (print or electronic)

Borrowing books and media from other libraries

    • You may request “available” UC Libraries materials be sent to the Clermont College Library for pick up. When you locate your item in UC’s online catalog (http://uclid.uc.edu/search/X), select the “Request” button and complete the online form.  If your email information is correct in your library record you will receive an email when the item arrives. Items generally arrive within 5 business days.
    • When desired materials are not available from any UC Library, direct your search to the OhioLINK Central Catalog using the “Search OhioLINK” button, or by directly searching in the OhioLINK Central Catalog (http://olc1.ohiolink.edu/search/). Request items using the"Request This Item" link, following the directions for specifying a pick-up location. Please note: you will not be able to request OhioLINK items that are “available” from any of the UC Libraries. Materials from OhioLINK libraries generally arrive in 5 business days.

    • If the item you need is not available through either of the above sources, link to the ILLiad site to request your items (http://illiad.uc.edu/index.html)

View your library record:
Use the link at the top of the Library Catalog page (http://uclid.uc.edu/search/X) which allows you to see item due dates, renew items, check on the status of holds and requests for library materials, and to verify that your email is correct.
