Place materials on reserve: Complete a reserve form, available at the Library circulation desk or online, (http://www.ucclermont.edu/library/frmcrrsv.html). Please provide as much notice as possible before the items are needed by the students; it takes one business day to process requests. Request materials from another UC library (UCL): You may request available UCL materials be sent to the Clermont College Library for pick up. Complete the request online through by selecting the "Request" button in the catalog (http://uclid.uc.edu/search/X). If your email information is correct in your library record you will receive an email when the item(s) arrives. Items generally arrive within 5 business days.
Request OhioLINK materials: When desired materials are not available from any UC Library, you may request them from another OhioLINK library. Search for materials in the OhioLINK Central Catalog (http://olc1.ohiolink.edu/search/) and request items using the "Request This Item" link in the item record, following the directions for specifying a pick-up location. Please note: requests will be canceled when the item requested is available in the library that you selected for pick up. Materials from OhioLINK libraries generally arrive in 5 business days.
Request articles from print journals at UCL: If an article is not available online, but is available at another UC Library, contact Nancy Hunter at 732-5233 or email nancy.hunter@uc.edu. She will order a copy for you.
Interlibrary Loan: Use Interlibrary loan (ILL) for items that are unavailable at University of Cincinnati Libraries or OhioLINK:
Use the “Electronic Journal Finder” link on the Library’s Web page to confirm that the journal you are requesting is not available in full-text online.

View your Library Record: Use the link at the top of the Library Catalog page (http://uclid.uc.edu/search/X) which allows you to see item due dates, renew items, check on the status of holds and requests for library materials, and to verify that your email is correct.
