Ren graduated from University of Cincinnati with a PhD in Engineering. Before coming to the UC Clermont College he worked in research, application development and as a consultant. This experience enables him to learn and know math and science from an application point of view rather than just from the textbook. Ren believes that no matter how complicated a definition or a theorem is there must be some simple daily-life principles behind of it. I am glad to share my experience of learning math and science with all students at UCClermont.
